All,

As I’m sure many of you already know, they have extended our dead period to May 1. As of right now we will plan to begin practicing at that time if we are permitted to, though things are constantly changing and this is definitely not a given. I recommend everyone do something to get some exercise as frequently as possible and to stay in shape. I have sent the distance runners training recommendations and if anybody else would need the same, please email me and I will put something together for you.
