Sprinters,

Here is a recommended training plan for the month of April. Obviously you are not required to do any of this but for those of you looking to stay in shape and continuing building towards our possible season, this will steer you in the right direction. I have a 200 meter workout on there every week, I know everybody’s access to a track may be limited or nonexistent, for that day just measure your effort and do the best you can, wherever it is you may be running!
