Our intrasquad athlete testing will take place in conjunction with the NDA track & field team.

The following schedule is subject to change:

3:45pm – mid-d arrive
4:30pm – all other athletes arrive
4:45pm – 1600m (track)
5:15pm – shot put (fieldhouse)
5:35pm – 30yd dash / broad jump (fieldhouse)
6:15pm – 4 × 400m relay (track)
7:00pm – post-meet pizza

We may need parent volunteers to help set-up, time, and clean-up. Please reach out (or comment below) if you’re willing and able!
